Delivery
Delivery of tickets are made via e-mail. To view and print your tickets you will need Adobe Reader 4.0 or higher. If
you do not have it please download it from Adobe http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
What happens if I lose my ticket?
By returning to the 'Members page' and following the prompts you can resend your
tickets to your email address OR upon your arrival at the
festival please provide relevant identification and membership password so we can locate
your ticket; once this is verified you will be admitted into the festival.
Can I purchase tickets for someone else?
Yes you can purchase a ticket for someone else. Simply give them your full
'Purchase Name and Password' which is issued to you as a
'Member' of Parihaka.com. This will ensure that they will be admitted to the event.
Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable.
Security
Festival e-tickets are safe and secure. Information entered during the purchasing
process is encrypted using a technology called SSL [Secure Sockets Layer]. This
widely accepted technology ensures secure e-commerce transactions on the internet.
Do Parihaka Management Trust store credit card details entered during the payment process?
No. Credit card transactions are processed in real time and once payment is confirmed,
credit card details are cleared.
What happens to my personal details?
Your personal details are kept safe by Parihaka Management Trust. They will not
be sold or passed on to any other party.
